TLGD produced a 24 page softback brochure for clients Cushman & Wakefield to promote this investment opportunity in an internationally renowned area. The brochure for 33-35 Cornhill combined the traditional feel of the area with a contemporary edge, using bright colours and imagery throughout.
Results: in August 2015, 33-35 Cornhill was sold to a private investor for £14.8m.
