100 Lower Thames Street

Amid the traditional insurance district of the City of London is 100 Lower Thames Street, a prominent Grade A office building.

TLGD produced a 38 page lay flat investment brochure. The brochure was brought to life with a Winter & Company Kashgar Platinum cover, a tactile material with a soft sheen, to reflect the financial setting in which the building is based. Debossing and gold foiling for the logo was the final touch.

Results: In June 2016, German investor Corpus Sireo bought 100 Lower Thames Street for £42.5m.
