Renowned as the jewel of Cheshire, Alderley Edge is hugely desirable, so our work for Alderley Square, a new development of high-spec apartments and retail spaces bang in the centre of the village needed to live up to expectation.
A refined colour scheme and identifiable logo set the style for a full suite of marketing collateral: a 12 page residential brochure, website, emailers to generate and register interest, site hoardings, and separate retail brochure.
From the client: “Thank you for all your efforts on preparing the marketing material for the sale of the apartments. I am very impressed at the look and feel of the material and I think that we have given the correct message right the way through the project.”
Results: as of July 2016, all eight apartments have been successfully sold.
